Invitation and identity
Access is personal, institutional and invitation based. The user must use the verified professional identity attached to the invitation, maintain multi factor authentication and must not transfer credentials or sessions.

Secure portal terms
Binding conditions for invitation based access to protected MAS-FRANCE environments.
Authorized purpose
The user may access only the organizations, projects, rooms, documents and actions explicitly assigned for the approved purpose. Apparent technical access does not expand legal authorization.
Documents and controls
Viewing, download, printing, copying and sharing may be separately controlled. Watermarks, expiry, device limits and revocation may apply. Protected material must remain within the approved environment and retention period.
Activity records
Authentication, acceptance, access, viewing, download, approval, sharing attempts, administrative action and revocation may be recorded for security, governance, evidence and legal compliance.
Suspension and expiry
MAS-FRANCE may suspend or revoke access immediately where purpose ends, authorization expires, risk changes, misuse is suspected or a legal or security obligation requires it. Access creates no continuing entitlement.
Acceptance and legal reference
Acceptance is recorded with the document version, language, content hash, user identity and time. The French version is the legal reference where interpretations differ, subject to mandatory law and any signed project agreement.
